The policies are straightforward, though golf packages follow a stricter cancellation schedule than ordinary motel stays.

• Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late departures are charged at $25 per hour. All rooms must be fully vacated by 1:00 PM; belongings remaining after that time may be removed, and an additional night may be charged.

• Age and Identification

A specific minimum check-in age is not stated in the published guest policies. The resort should be contacted before booking when the primary guest is under 21. Government-issued identification may be requested when verifying the reservation and payment method.

• Credit Card Requirements

Every reservation requires a credit card to be kept on file. Each guest travelling as part of a golf-package group must also provide card information, regardless of how the stay will ultimately be paid.

• Motel Cancellation Policy

Room-only motel reservations can be cancelled without charge at least 24 hours before arrival. A cancellation made less than 24 hours before arrival, or a no-show without notice, is charged one night’s accommodation. Third-party or promotional rates may carry different terms, so the conditions shown during booking remain important.

• Golf-Package Cancellation Policy

Golf packages require a deposit of $50 per person, due within 60 days of booking. Cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before arrival receive half of the deposit back. Deposits are non-refundable when cancellation occurs fewer than 30 days before arrival.

• Pet and Service-Animal Policy

Pets and emotional-support animals are not accepted. Trained service animals are permitted and must be registered during check-in.

• Smoking Policy

The property is non-smoking indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Smoking inside a room may result in a substantial recovery or cleaning charge.

• Cooking and Alcohol Rules

Cooking is prohibited inside motel rooms. Personal alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the golf course under the resort’s stated Virginia ABC policy, and glass bottles are prohibited on the course.

• Golf-Package Breakfast

Golf-package breakfast tickets cover either the breakfast buffet or one menu breakfast, not both. Breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The buffet is available until 8:30 AM, after which breakfast is ordered from the menu.
